Dell DFS site down since 8/30/22
Have been trying to sign in to the Dell Financial Services site (https://mydfs.dell.com/) since 8/30/22 - and you can get to the login page, but once you login, it just sits there and eventually times out.
I have tried in Chrome, FireFox, MS Edge. I have tried on my personal PC (Dell Alienware) and on my work laptop.
I have cleared ALL cookies & cache files completely for the dell.com domain.
Still cannot login.
I even tweeted to the "DellCares" twitter account (which claims 24/7 support - but the account name itself seems to be an oxymoron) yesterday and tagged the Dell twitter account. No response at all.
Will somebody at Dell take a look and respond please?

Found a way to get around the problem. You need to go into the Site Settings in your browser and set "Insecure Content" to yes. Sigh.

Apologies that the DFS (Dell Financial Services) website is having issues. Our frontline Social Media agents cannot address this due to the private DFS data needed. Click here to go to the DFS contacts page. You may then choose options to speak directly with DFS agents.

If calling directly worked and went directly to someone who could solve the issue, that'd be a great idea. But instead, I'll use this forum that we're communicating in that serves the same purpose, but without being put on hold times.
Also, I have the same issue. DFS portal constantly loads until it times out, making it impossible to access DFS. Tried using Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari on a host of devices, none worked.

I have the same problem, oddly enough, the mobile page is unaffected though. if you have an android use that for now, I don't have an apple device so i can't vouch for that one.
for the time being this is the only choice we have.

Hello everyone,
I do tech support for another company and I did a simple fix. CMD Prompt:
Hit the windows key and type CMD, then click on the command prompt icon, once the command prompt comes up, then type:
gpupdate /force
Once it's completed, reboot pc then try again, you should be able to get in.

If you have your DFS account attached to your Dell.com account there is a way around this issue.
Sign into your dell.com account. In the drop down menu under your name in the upper right corner click on MY ACCOUNT. In the section labeled Dell Financial Services, click on VIEW DETAILS. On the next screen click on MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT. This will take you into your DFS account and you can make payments and such. This is the only way I have been able to access DFS to pay my bill as like the other people posting, when I go directly to the DFS website it just times out on a blank white screen. Hope this helps some people

This does not work for me. When I click Manage Account it takes me to the same page being referenced in OP's post. Also, when I click on Pay Bill, it takes me back to a login page.
