Dell Customer Service Disaster: A Frustrating Experience with a Defective Keyboard Purchase

I bought a keyboard and mouse from Dell as a gift for my brother. When the keyboard arrived, I noticed that the left part was dented, likely due to mishandling at the factory. I contacted customer service to request a replacement. Instead of offering an immediate exchange or an alternative solution, they informed me it would take 10 working days to process the return and send a new keyboard.

Since I needed the keyboard within a few days, I decided to return the item for a refund. To make matters worse, they didn't include a return label, so I had to print it myself. This experience was a disaster. Dell's customer service is awful. It would have been much better if they had replaced the item within two or three days, given that the issue was their fault, not mine.
