Dell Costumer Service is Horrible

I had order a Dell Inspiron 16 2 in 1 and when I got that new laptop, there was a dent on it, so I opted for exchange , and the guy said I will be receiving the new laptop in a week , so on 11th of June they got my defective laptop and I was expecting a new laptop till 17th or 18th of June, but it never came by , they kept on pushing the estimated delivery date ahed saying that they were out of inventory, and now it had been more than 45 days I’m still waiting for the laptop, and now they have the estimated delivery date as 6th of August , which is almost 2 months , and when I checked on dell website , I’m able to see that there is similar laptop they are selling with almost exact same specifications, so why the hell are they not offering me that !!! And I’m gonna head out to UK for next 5 years in August, and I have my flight flying on 10th of August. And who can believe that big company like dell is out of inventory for 2 months. I need this issue to be resolved in next 48 hours .
