Delayed order

I have purchased Dell 34" Curved USB-C Monitor. However, the shipping date has been delayed again and again.  It's the 3rd time update, and it's a month already from my purchased date.   There's no one I can talk with except keep checking the order status online, and there's no option for live chat at order support area.

Appreciated someone let me know what happens to my order.  I need more details before I decide to cancel it or not.

Appreciated for your escalation.  It's been fourth time delay.  Suppose it should be received today and however, it got delay for another week with the order status.

Same issue with my Aurora R13 order. This is the second time I had to order it. I'm done with Dell.

How in a sane world is this a solution?

I understand what you mean by how is this a resolution, I have received two defect AW x16 models and now they are forcing me to wait again for another unit to be sent (it has been a couple of months since my initial purchase and I still havent received a proper functioning model). Dell just forces people to accept their 'resolution' as this is probably the only way to make them look good on the internet. They clearly dont care about people having to wait extensively for their product or having proper product control
