Customer support unwilling to assist

I have a m15 r7 that had a faulty heatsink according to dell technician came fixed, found the motherboard was faulty. This was over the course of 30+days the mobo cant be replaced as the part is on backorder until eoy so i was offered an exchange.

The exchange i got was not acceptable as it included 2 ssd of 1tb and i need 1 ssd that is 1 tb. I called the support line and was told that no one has the power to revise my order, and there is no internal team. Well after he talked to his manager and took 45 minutes to respond he told me to wait a reply from this *non existant internal team* after 48 to 72 hrs. I have already waited and lost a month of income almost 3000$ due to working remotely and needing this system and the revisions i suggested. I can no longer wait and i need a laptop. Either help or speeding up on my exchange and getting my requested revisions, a refund or a chargeback as i can no longer afford to wait.

Dell came back to the table and provided me with a brand new laptop that was an exact copy of my original purchase. Thank you Dell, despite the long wait time i am satisified with the conclusion.
