Could not access Private messages to/from Customer Care

Why can't I revisit my past private messages with customer cares? I need this for historical records.

Hi @Jeff23  Many users are having problems using the new system forum software.  

Click on DELL-Cares link (supplied by DELL-Chris M). At the top of DELL-Cares webpage, click on Private Messages. In new window go to text field at bottom of page. Type a message. When ready, click on RH arrow to send. Your message should appear.  ​

Likely because the platform supporting the forums was recently upgraded to a totally different software package -- anything on the old platform in terms of private communications wasn't migrated over.

All,

Start a new one. The old case numbers are saved to your account in their tools.

Click the DELL-Cares username. On the right, click, "Send this user a private message".
