Complaint address to Dell authorize dealer in Egypt?

Hello,

I want to submit a complaint over Dell's partner in Egypt (Ensure) and ask for help. I submit my laptop on 9/28/22 under work order for repair and still within warranty period. Till now no update. I only received message EDT 03/11 for spare part. From this time am trying to contact through phone with neither reply by customer agent nor via WhatsApp. It is quite ridiculous to wait 1 month and half to repair my laptop.
