Cannot Change Account Password

When in my profile, I have been trying to edit my password, but whenever I click the edit button, I am taken to a page that reads simply: "Your profile information is from the third party and not available for editing." This is incredibly unhelpful, not just because I need to change these things, but by saying "the third party," (instead of which third party) I have no idea where to go to change the information source, either! I'm tempted to just deactivate my account, it may be easier.
