Can not update Credit Card info in digital locker

I have 2 products in my digital locker (mcafee & microsoft 365). I had to update my credit card information and it allows me to update the mcafee product but when I click on subcriptions and actions and update subscriptions for office 365 it brings me to the mcafee product udpate page. it appears there is not a way to update the credit card information for O365 only mcafee. When I look at the subscription summary page the old payment card is appearing on 365 and the new one for mcafee. 

Is there another method to update 365 on the subscription page or somewhere else?
