AW3423DW, good luck if shipped through AIT worldwide logistics

Hello everyone,

For those of you that order this monitor might have the same unfortunate fate of having it shipped by AIT Worldwide Logistics. Be prepared to experience rudeness and not have any updates even if you chat or call their service station throughout your order. 

I placed an order on Nov. 29th and was given an estimate date of DEC 6th since it was in production. AIT shipping company would not give me any information of where it was currently located even though I called or chatted with them daily on and after Dec 6th. Finally Dec 13th some fed up worker told me they could not find it in the docks, so I looked up a delivery receipt that was available on the 12th where they had labeled it as a 71" TV screen instead of a monitor. AIT has had my monitor at a local dock not even an hour away since Dec. 6th but would not tell me since they lost it. Instead of following my request of making a new replacement order with expeditated shipping through another carrier, Dell is trusting AIT shipping to deliver the monitor to my doorstep if they can still find it. Who knows how long that will actually take, but for gamers that support Alienware as their preferred gaming brand, they should not experience this. 

Out of principle if the monitor does not arrive by this week, I will cancel the order and start supporting a new brand for my gaming choice as having my time wasted is not worth any OLED monitor.
