First of all, I want to express gratitude for the Dell employees working behind-the-scenes during this chaotic time. Between the holiday season and a global pandemic, I can only imagine the stress unfolding as shipments are delayed and factory workers risk their health handling our orders. I understand this is contributing to my order delay, and I just wanted to give everyone a nod.
 
I made an order in mid december that has not yet proceeded past the "confirmation" stage despite passing the original estimated shipping date of Dec. 29th. I tried calling customer service yesterday, but they were unable to give me all the answers I was looking for.
 
If there is a customer service rep available I would like to speak to you. Together, I want to diagnose whatever is going on with my order and resolve it as quickly as we can.
