A problem with Tech Support
I purchased a Laptop Cooling Pad that is randomly shutting off and this is getting worse daily. I have had the product for a little over 3 months and I would like to get it replaced. It has a 3 year warranty: Backed by ENHANCE Gaming's 3 Year Manufacturer's Warranty. I am making payments on it.
I have tried tech support. I have severe hearing loss and therefore need to either use chat or email. Chat is a dead end because I am trying to get help with an accessory rather than a computer. When at the prompt, I explain my issue...it starts the chat over from the beginning EVERY TIME. I tried to call. They demand an, "Express Service Code" that is not on the cooling pad, and then tell me that I MUST have it to get help.
I am almost to the end of my patience.

However, for the warranty support for this order, you will need to contact them as the warranty is through them.

How could a $34.99 ENHANCE Laptop Cooling Stand have a payment plan? Also, the warranty states =
ENHANCE is not Dell. Contact ENHANCE, show them our sales site stating that they provide the warranty.

It was one of five items that I ordered from Dell.
