MDS issue after upgrade
I have upgraded the both switches from 5.0.4c to 5.2.2d but I have faced same issue on both after the upgradation. On switch two (secondary) fc2/33 port was shown initializing status and after the reboot switch two fc2/33 status was shown up. Also when I upgraded the switch one (Primary) and found fc2/47 port is now showing initializing status, Please advise.

Hope it will be ok if you do a 'shut' and then a 'no shut' on the fc port.

I have done below steps but problem is still:-
1) shut and no shut
2) replace the SFP

Hi,
Please, paste the output of "show interface" command for the affected port.
What is connected to it?
Please check if Trunk mode ins currently 'on' for that port. If so, try disabling it.
