End to end connectivity tool strange behavior

Hello,
I have several Clariion connected to a MDS 9509 running SANOS 3.3.1c.
From Fabric Manager I ran the end to end connectivity tool against a zone-set.
After the tool ran, I received several warning from my Clariion regarding initiators logged in but not registered.
I checked and noticed that the WWN were the one utilized by the MDS to issue fcping.
But I'm wondering why these initiators are still logged in my Clariion?
Someone can tell my how to disconnect these initiators ?
Many thanks

Eric

The CLARiiON is a little poor at cleanup of stale initiators. Go into Connectivity Status in Navisphere, select the initiator that the switch used to logon and click on the Deregister button. Just make sure you picked the correct initiator :D

The button will be greyed out for hosts that are logged in and registered so you should only be able to deregister hosts that are not registered with the array.

Do you know who the initiators belong to? At one point we were having the each VSAN on our switches log into the array. You can find the WWN of a vsan by running show fcdomain vsan X. If they are those WWNs I can try and do some digging to find out how we got rid of them. Because simply de-registering them in connectivity status wasn't fixing the issue from what I remember.
