DCNM 5.26a stand alone and call home
Hello,
We are currently running the stand alone server version of dcmn, and device manager. I had issues getting call home to work. Is it because I have the non licensed version? I searched on the support site and did not find any useful information pertaining to this.

when you open DCNM and click on Fabrics ..does it say "Manage Continuously" ?

We do have ESRS now.

I clicked on both now and even though I can't manage both I see now they are managed continously.

Only one fabric has manage continuously, the other has unmanaged.
The message I get when I first open the FM stand alone is "Unlicensed DCFM can only manage one fabric at a time".

right, that's because your switches are not licensed for Fabric Manager ..it allows you to manage multiple fabrics at the same time plus collect a lot of performance statistics. But i am not sure that would impact your call-home ability. Do you have ESRS in your shop ?

server.callhome.smtphost = ..configured with your ESRS server ip address ?

on DCNM server, if you look inside of c:\program files\Cisco Systems\dcm\fm\conf\server.properties ...there is a section that starts "#Allow EMC Call Home" ..is it configured ?

I configured it with our smtp address, I will change it to our ESRS gateway server ip.
