On Storage Center 5.5.4:
1) Go to Storage Management
2) Volume
3) Configure my Volume Defaults
4) Select the Mapping Tab
5) Select the Default Sever Operating System (Here you can select Windows 2008 MPIO as the default that includes MPIO)
