Dell Powerconnect 3048EP-ON is Not pinging, allowing access to web console & GUI

My switch I have recently installed seems to not be able to ping but is working just fine. I'm also not able to access the web interface or the GUI. I can only access this switch through the Serial Port. Does anyone know what could be the solution for this? Thanks!
