Video issues only while in Roblox app

Hello just purchased dell Inspiron chromebook.  Worked great until I downloaded the Roblox app.  Once app boots up it starts to have glitchy lines that flutter on and off the screen in random spots.   The lines only happen on the Roblox app.  No other gaming app has issue so far.    Lines stop once off the main part of the app.   I’ve rebooted,  uninstalled/ installed the app and I even reset the chromebook but nothing seems to work.
