Pixel Slate / CrOS daydream / dashboard

My slate spends a lot of its time on my desk charging - I’ve had a bit of a google but can’t seem to find anything that fits the bill - has anyone found any decent full screen dashboard (almost like a Home hub) to display time / calendar / news / weather while its not being used?
