Thanks Robert for quick assistance !!
We are changing the existing Public IP in target Centera, as it is overloaded. Briging into Private n/w where the Source centera also exist in Private n/w. This will allow us to do the replication. Can we findout what are the applications running on the target Centera, using any command ?
I guess Re assigning the IP require target Centera to be down for few minutes. I mean down time required for this change, am i right ?

Finally, one query Robert.. I've checked on target centera, it showing Replication to Source is disabled. That means its not bi-directional ?
And Re-IPing need a down time right ?
Thanks for your help.
