Avamar VE monitoring using ZABBIX via snmp
Hello, community! Help is needed for monitoring critical services in Avamar. According to the administrator's guide, we have a file AVAMAR-MCS-MIB.txt, but
snmpwalk -v2c -c - m /usr/share/snmp/mibs/AVAMAR-MCS-MIB.txt 127.0.0.1 1.3.6.1.4.1.15597
AVAMAR-MCS-MIB::avamar = No Such Object available on this agent at this OID
Accordingly, I cannot monitor necessary services or Avamar problems in Zabbix, of course, I monitor the host as a regular Linux server, but the information I get this way is insufficient.
Who has real experience monitoring Avamar?

You need to enable and configure SNMP on Avamar first.
The Avamar Administration Guide has instructions for "Configure the Net-SNMP agent".
Works for us.

Hi,
For me help this command (from root):
mcsnmp start --verbose
If not work try mcsnmp stop--verbose and again start.
Of course, first you need to config snmp.
