Oracle DB Mount

When attempting to mount an Oracle DB copy AppSync also attempts to import the devices into Oracle ASM using UDEV rules. However, Oracle ASM is configured to use ASM filter driver (ASMFD). Is there a way to modify the mount script to use ASMFD or just to remove the ASM portion altogether and it only mount the devices?
