New Appsync install for POC - HTTP errors when opening app schema does not exist
I am install Appsync for a POC and I am following the install guide. I've installed 2.2.0.0 followed by 2.2.2.0 (I wanted to leave off the SP2 patch until I was sure the base app was working properly) and immediately upon logging into the app I am presented with numerous schema popup errors:
Error: 500 org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: ERROR: schema "archway" does not exist Position: 642
Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

I have heard of this error (not run into it personally) when someone was installing 2.2.0.0 and then going to 2.2.1.0 and it seems that it had something to do with Postgress already installed on the AppSync server before the AppSync installation.
For that instance, they uninstalled Postgress and then reinstalled AppSync, and it worked fine.
Since this is a POC, you may be able to try that.
If it doesn't work, you may want to collect all AppSync logs, and include the install logs which I believe are in:
%Temp%\appsync_setup.log
and open a bug with support.
I assume you are installing the sw with the appropriate permissions, so if you are not using Administrator, you may just want to give the user name you are installing with as well as it's permissions.

It doesn't appear that postgress is installed - at least not in a manner that I can find it to remove it. I've opened an SR with EMC. In the mean time I will try the install on a different server and see if that helps at all.
