x15 R1, lost Alienware support programs and wallpaper

Hello,

I received recently an Alienware x15 R1 and it was fine at the beginning. Later on I´ve noticed some device drivers were missing and when i went to update both Win 11 and the driver update from the Dell website, well ... the download was fine but when the time to install them came I got ERROR everywhere.

So I fomatted the laptop using the Alienware program and the sad thing is I was expecting to see my laptop the way I received it, with all the Alinware Programs, settings and features like the wallpaper. I ended up to get an empty laptop with same problems to download updates and no Alienware Programs and features.

I thought the laptop had integrated and Image of the system to bring it back the way it was sent.

Is it possible to fix this? Could it be the Technical Support could give me and image of my laptop to format it again and get it back the way i want?
