Regular screen to support assist, to blue screen and repeat

So my laptop keeps switching between these 3 things and never turns on and I don’t know why. Thank you for the assistance.

Hi @SmallGod1220  welcome to user to user discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.

Your system has a problem, SupportAssist may have a fault and the blue screen error code should include an error code. When splash screen appears, hold down F12 key to open boot screen, select and run (ePSA) Diagnostics.

Please click on Kudos to say thank you for response from another user. Please share an update on progress, so that other users derive benefit from your experience. Thank you.

Hey thanks for the repsponse, but it’s gotten to the point where now it’s just the regular loading screen forever without supposrt Asia’s rant or the blue screen.

Hi @SmallGod1220  hopefully a clone of the OS(C:) drive has been created as part of the Disaster Recovery Plan. This seems to be the time to remove the original OS(C:) drive and install the clone OS(:C) drive, that will get the system up and running within minutes.
