m15 R3, Swiss keyboard layout
Hi there I tried to contact a customer support but couldn't find any numer or chat or whatever. There seems to be no support unless you buy a product. I wanted to buy an Alienware M15 from the Swiss Dell Homepage. But there are only two keyboard layout options available, US and German. Does Dell confuse German with Swiss German or is that actually the German keyboard and there is not even an option for a Swiss German layout? I appreciate any help, even if it's a phone number or anything like that.Thanks

I think it’s only a German layout if I’m correct. They seem to not have a swiss option even on the Switzerland site either.

That's what I assumend. Such a pity.
The differences between the German and Swiss German layout are big if you're used to the Swiss German layout for over 25 years.
Especially the @ button is different and also all the special characters wie use like öäüéèôà and so on.
So I will probably look for another manufacturer.
