Problems Factory Reseting [R3 15]

I got an Alienware 15 R3. I want to factory-reset the laptop but with no success. I tried using an image from this link, but I got the errors:

"The drive where windows is installed is locked. Unlock the drive and try again"  when I try to reset and delete all my data. "Unable to reset your PC. A required drive partition is missing." when I try to reset with my data.

Using AlienwareRespawn and creating an USB Recoverable drive I got the error "IDS_ENVIRONMENT_INCOMPLETE" followed by "Restore7.exe - Application error. The instruction at 0x77892591 referenced memory at 0x00008084. The memory could not be read."

I can use the laptop just fine but I want to factory-reset it.

Thanks for the help

Regards

Just a follow up.

With the PCIe SSD, when you reinstall Windows you must do it with the Intel Drivers on UEFI and with the Windows Recoverable Software, it won't show up on UEFI otherwise. There's no problem with the SSD or the BIOS.

When you try to use the Windows Recovery ISO from Dell, the process will not work because it won't show you the window where you can format the SSD and you must search for the SSD Drivers provided from Dell.

It was that.

Hi,

Try running an ePSA/Diagnostic test on the system, click here to view a Dell article that explains how to run this test. Let me know if you receive any errors.

Hello, thanks for the help.

I didn't get any errors and at the end I get a clear message that all tests passed.

Ok, try this: enter the BIOS F2 > BOOT Tab and make sure secure boot is disable. Also check all the settings on the SECURE tab, make sure the Unlock Setup Status is Unlocked and that the HDD has no password.

I changed settings on secure tab, I could reset my Windows but now the problem seems worse.

I can't see the SSD Drive at all under UEFI mode, only the HDD. I tried with diskpart con cmd.

If I change the mode to Legacy, I can boot Windows ONLY if I use the Boot Setup from BIOS, I used bootrec to fix problems with the boot but with no luck.

Under UEFI I don't see the SDD and when I try to boot from the Manager, I get an error: INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

Seems like a clean install would be the only way. The Recovery part seems corrupted, broken or simply non-working.
