My Killer Gigabit Ethernet Port/Controller having problems.
I was rearranging my room and moved around my Alienware Aurora R5, and when I was done and turned it back on, where my ethernet connection icon was supposed to be was just the wifi symbol, I have reset my router, unplugged ethernet cords from router and computer, I have pinged 127.0.0.1 and got a response and on my services it says killer service v2 is running, but in my device manager it says it cannot start (code 10). If you know any way of fixing this please let me know.

I haven't used wifi on my Aurora R5 but the NIC is terribly slow. My internet isn't great (20mb wifi) and being rural doesn't make it any more reliable so getting slow internet speeds is really bad. Out of the box I was getting 1.5-3.3Mbs. Having to update Steam, Origin, and UPlay doesn't help I still have 6 more games to reinstall. Well after doing some searching I decided to install the driver and Killer suite directly from http://www.killernetworking.com/driver-downloads rather than the driver from dell.com. My speeds hit 33Mbs at one time and was regularly hitting 11-15Mbs. So if you are having any issues with network speed I would reinstall the drivers directly from killer networks and prevent the control center from loading upon startup.
