HI, recently my m15x started to get stuck on the windows 7 screen and would flicker between being a completely blank screen and the windows 7 screen I don't really have any knowledge on what to do so any help would be very much appreciated. The photo is the screen it is currently stuck on

Try following the No boot troubleshooting steps on this video and run an ePSA diagnostic to help identify hardware errors. If issue persists, I would recommend you try to re-install your OS by following the steps on this video.
