(help) Alienware command center installation fail - AW 13R2 win 10 64bit

just bought my 13R2 preloaded with win10, but no alienware command center inside, so i went to the web and download all the driver update (www.dell.com/.../advanced)

but still no good result, i cant install the command center.

so i started browsing on how to, and some forum suggest to activate the net framework 3,5 . i did but here i am still looking for answers.

then some forum also suggest to extract the installer and run it as administrator but i still unable to install it, "missing zwibapi.dll" notifications kept showing up as i try to install it

i need help on basics here because im new to windows, i use mac since 2012....

The version of Dot Net that ships with Win-10 is perfectly capable of running the proper Command Center for your laptop. Anyway, if an adequate version is missing, it will prompt you to install it. But like I said, that should not happen in the first place.

No, you do NOT install with "Run as Admin". You must be logged in as a User with Admin rights, but most people do that anyway these days (so they can install programs).

See this:
