Alienware 14 GPU upgrade
Is it possible to upgrade from the GT 750m, or is the card soldered to the motherboard like in almost every answer I've seen so far? Alienware 14 2013, by the way

Yes the video card is soldered to the motherboard and the only way to make an upgrade will be replacing the whole motherboard.
We will be able to help you with the motherboard replacement but we don’t replace the video card separately in the Alienware14.

Yes I am also trying to upgrade 750 to 765. It is soldered to the motherboard. My question to Alienware is Can I send my Alienware 14 to you guys, or you Alienware could send somebody to upgrade it for me? I'm willing to pay to have my GPU upgraded, I just want to know how.

as far as I know the only way is to replace the motherboard with one that has the 765M on it , otherwise the cost to swap the soldered card might outweigh replaceing system..

I understand that, am I able to send my laptop to Dell to have a new motherboard and a new 765m? Or could Dell possibly send someone to my residence to do the service for me if my plan covers it? I am considering getting a new motherboard in order to upgrade my GPU. If anyone could give me information of how I can do this it would be great.

If you pay for the upgrade and for the onsite service they might be able to send someone to your house however I will recommend you to contact the sales department so they can provide you more details.
