Can’t turn monitor off/on or switch hdmi ports

I’m not sure what to do or how to fix this issue? I just bought this monitor a couple days ago and everything was working perfectly fine, all of a sudden in the middle of my game, the screen kept turning off and on over and over and now the joystick no longer works. I can’t turn the monitor off or do anything. The only way it turns off is when I unplug it and it takes a couple tries for it to come back on. But when it’s on, I can’t do anything. It will show the screen from my PS4 or PC, but I can’t switch the HDMI ports. None of the buttons on the monitor work.
