AW3423DW, why DDM 2.x not supported?

AW3423DW is the great monitor. But without the support of DDM 2.x , I cannot set the daylight mode and the night mode about the brightness and contrast.

It's very very  inconvenient.

DDM has never been supported with Alienware Nvidia G-Sync models (AW2518H, AW2521H, AW2721D, AW3418DW, AW3420DW, AW3423DW, AW3821DW) due to compatibility issues with the advanced built-in Nvidia G-Sync module.

DDM is supported with Alienware AMD FreeSync models (AW2518HF, AW2521HF, AW2521HFA, AW2521HFL, AW2521HFLA, AW2523HF, AW2720HF, AW2720HFA, AW2723DF, AW3423DWF, AW5520QF) that use the standard FreeSync module.

Those displays that use these technologies will always have manually adjusted the brightness and contrast?
* Correct. Unless you can find some other 3rd party software that can perform the function.

Is it possible that DELL will solve this problem in the future?
* Not through DDM.

In daylight I need to set the brightness and contrast about 75,and in the night mode I will set the brightness and contrast about 65. Without the display manger help,I can only operate it manually every day and night.

Thanks for your reply.

 Alienware Nvidia G-Sync models (AW2518H, AW2521H, AW2721D, AW3418DW, AW3420DW, AW3423DW, AW3821DW) due to compatibility issues with the advanced built-in Nvidia G-Sync module.

My question is :

Those displays that use these technologies will always have manually adjusted the brightness and contrast?

Is it possible that DELL will solve this problem in the future?
