AW3225QF, stutter, screen tearing when using G-Sync

So I just received this monitor, and I am having issues with BOTH the HDMI 2.1 ports. When using HDMI 2.1 and having G-Sync enabled the bottom third of the monitor flickers and tears. When G-Sync is off the issue is no longer there. DisplayPort does NOT have this issue. I have contacted customer care and when prompted for my order number, I provide it and it says "that does not exist please provide your phone number". I do and then it says "that number does not exist, Good bye awful customer service. When I finally found a way to speak to someone it was through tech support, they said to process a return I would have to call the number I was calling before where I get hung up on and cant reach anyone. The website says 24-7 customer service, but when you say customer service it says "sorry we are closed, good bye" this has been awful across the board and for a price point of $1,300 you should avoid this monitor until a firmware update is issued, but even then you wont get help from Dell if there are any issues.

Dell needs to address this as it's a common issue among a vast majority of users using this panel, HDMI 2.1 and GSync.

@Scobruh

Try rolling the Nvidia driver back to version Nvidia Driver 537.13

Then report back if that makes a difference when using HDMI.

Only do this if you understand how to roll back a driver properly.

All must start a case with Dell Support. They need to first verify the warranty and ownership status. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private AW3225QF Service Tag.

Dell Alienware team and Displays team are aware of this and investigating. Periodically check the AW3225QF Drivers & Downloads page for a new firmware update.
