Aurora R11, System BIOS stuck for 3 hours. What to do?

Hi all. Hope someone can help me (novice PC user). 

I ran the Alienware SupportAssist and had 6 updates.

All downloaded fine. I have 4 installed but the 'Alienware Aurora R11 System BIOS 1.0.3 has been stuck on 'Installing...' for the last 3 hours.

What should I do?

* I was having issues with Bluetooth not connecting to my Xbox One Controller that was working fine. So when the Qualcomm Wifi and Bluetooth driver was one of the recommended updates I clicked install all.
