AWCC is a big program and hard to clean if you try to reinstall.

easiest fix is do a clean OS install after wiping disk drive.

then install 5.x in one clean attempt.

The only reason I uninstalled it was because the front and side panel RGB lights stopped working.

I tried to unplug everything plugged into the pc and hold the power button down and turn it back on which is what I did before and it fixed it but not this time. It's been a while since the lights worked. So, I was going to uninstall and then reinstall, but it won't install it.

I don't think it's really worth it, if I have to do a clean OS install though. lol

I also noticed that when I do download AWCC from those links that it just installs the package manager. I run it and it says it installs it and asks me to restart the pc. After I restart my pc, I go to the "all Apps" page and it's just not there. I don't really want to do full OS clean install, I want that to be the last thing I do, so if there is anything else I can try please let me know.

You can try use a spare hdd to do a clean OS and AWCC install as a test. If issue resolves you can rethink whether you want or not to do a clean install on your current drive.
