Alpha, I cant do anything

Basically i can't do anything on my Alienware Console. I have the Alpha Console that would usually be used for exclusive Gaming. Now i have restarted and updated it but its been 4 days and every time i turn on my TV it either says "Please Wait" or "Getting Windows ready. Don't turn of your computer". i extremely need help cause its the only thing i have to a running PC. My Family Computer is used so everything is so laggy, every time you even sign into your account or go into google, you will have to wait 15-20 minutes for 5 letters to load. So my Alienware is my "Only" PC i own myself. It was a gift from my dad and I've had it ever sense. Now I'm scared that he would have to replace it or get it fixed. I don't want my dad to pay more money for me. He works so hard every day and only gets $100 per day. using 33% for dinner each day. I don't want him to do that. So if anyone has any solutions please tell me.
