Studio xps 435 mt, bootfail after installing pcie card usb 3.0

Did not succeed installing a pcie card usb 3.0 to my Dell Studio XPS 435 mt running with Windows 10, Bios Version 1.1.4. After fixing the card Windows does not boot any more. Looking for help.
