HGST HDD im 7040 SFF

Hallo,

I'm just trying to put a HGST HUH721010ALE600 10TB HDD into an Optiplex 7040 SFF.
Unfortunately the HDD is not recognized by the system, seems the HDD even does not spin up.
I already tried replacing the 180W PSU against a 240W one cause I thought that could be the reason but without luck.

Does anybody know why that HDD is not working and probably how to fix it?

In a USB dock the drive is running fine, also tried other HDD from same type, all with the same problem. A 3TB HDD from Toshiba worked fine so the port itself is working.
