New machine Inspiron 15 (3525) with OneDrive vault issue (shortcut, arabic language)

Hi,

brand new machine with bizarr issue relating to OneDrive, right after initial setup and running.

There is a link/shortcut in arabic language pointing to OneDrive vault, its settings or so. The shortcut was there from the very beginning, i.e., from the very first hour of starting the machine after receiving the it by delivery.

No special software or else was installed or touched. The shortcut cannot be removed. Once deleted, it will appear again after seconds. As far as the settings goes, vault is not needed. It was activated from the beginning without user intention.

Please clarify. What is this. Is this a bug from your default Windows 11 installation or where does this come from if there are any clues to this? I can imagine a bug that leads to the characters represented as arabic symbols/letters.

Additionally, this was reported to Microsoft Tech Community, but it is very open if Microsoft will officially provide any solutions. In the screenshot: Ignore the "USBSTICK", this has nothing to do with this issue.
