Dell XPS 13 - Sporadic Screen Distortion

It goes from normal to the above condition sporadically. To restore it to normal, I need to turn the screen on and off (doesn't always work the first time). I talked to Dell support, and was told it was not a hardware issue (didn't effect BIOS). It was said to be a software issue. I have undated graphics driver and windows. Anyone have similar issues or has a potential solution?

same here. 9360 occurs frequently, (nearly every time) on warm reboot

during use it happens occasionally and i have to turn off

on cold reboot, it is never a problem
