Lost msn hotmail

I have lost my msn hotmail. Soon as msn hotmail page opens it closes and goes to  http://www.google.com/hws/dell-inc/afe?hl=en&channel=us&s=http://rad.msn.com/ADSAdClient31.dll?GetAd?PG=HOTB43?AP=1447?TF=adframe?SC=1447?LOC=I?ID=000201000101721F?UC=127 and leaves this message: Sorry, we couldn't find http://rad.msn.com/ADSAdClient31.dll%3FGetAd%3FPG. Here are some related websites: It seems to go to a home page instead of staying locked in to msnhotmail. I can open www.msn.com ok. I was updating my Spy Sweeper program to a later version, when it happened. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Delete your cookies file and start over. IE>tools>internet options>delete cookies button, also go to the advanced tab (internet options)and tic the empty temporary internet files..... box.

Thanks Mombodog, A good sugestion, but I had already done that. The advanced tab (internet options)the empty temporary internet files..... box.  was already checked so files would be deleted after browsing. I have sent an e-mail request to dell for help but so far no response. My Spy Sweeper program did something but not sure what.I have restored my system to before this happened but that didn't help.
