BIOS Auto-Recovery screen stuck

Hello,

I have a customer stuck on the BIOS Auto-Recovery screen. On this screen it doesn't appear we can select or do anything at all. This is a Dell Latitude 5420. Customer stated it powered down during a BIOS update. My plan was to reload the BIOS from a stick but I can't get past this screen. I've tried multiple time to try and get to the boot menu. If I hold down F12 as I turn it on I can get the 'preparing the one time boot' to come up at the top right hand side but then this screen interrupts it. I tried the Ctrl + Esc during the power on and 1 out of 10 times I was able to get to a similar screen with radio buttons to select but not before it just disappeared and restarted.

Thank You,

Zack
