Vostro 5402, LCD and base not aligned
I purchased a Dell Vostro 5402 on 26 January 26, 2021. It had now started to create certain issues in the hardware.
We have observed that the edges of the laptop are not aligned, i.e. the left and right sides edges of the lid and base don't match perfectly.
We were trying to register the complaint on DELL toll-free number, we would appreciate it if you can consider this request and assign this ticket to the concerned department/person to get this resolve.

Did you purchase your laptop from a dell authorize dealer if so, then try calling dell support if not the you will have to deal with the store you bought it from.
