restore back to original "ship" condition

I have my system in such a mess I want to restore back to the originally shipped condition if possible.  I have seen some info about zztop but does not seem to be for my system. (dimension 8250, XP Home) I have tried system restore but it will not go back to even the last restore point. Is there anything available for my system that will allow me to do this?
