Dell iDRAC 6 not working on Dell R610

Hello,

I am trying to access the Dell Virtual Console on my Dell PowerEdge R610. I am getting this error when trying to open the virtual console.

The exception in "Details" says javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: The server selected protocol version TLS10 is not accepted by client preferences [TLS12] 

Here is my configuration:

I have tried:

• Allowing TLSv1 traffic in java.security
• Adding the webGUI to exception site list in Configure Java
• Download the "Fix IDRAC .jnlp" file extension on Chrome Web Store

Software Versions:

• Windows 10
• Google Chrome 96.0.4664.45
• Java 8_231
