how do i know if i have a dual layer dvd burner

i bought a dell 9300 off the ebay and was wondering how i can tell if there is a dual layer burner in it . Thanks

Go to the Device Manager .........

Start | Control Panel | System in classic view | Hardware tab | Device Manager

Click on the (+) next to DVD/CD-ROM drives and it will reveal the Brand and Model
of the drives.  Post that and we will look it up.

It is freeware. It will report a lot of information about your CD/DVD drives.
