Internal hard drive disk not found to resolve this issue try to reseat the drive

So I am getting the error: Internal hard drive disk not found to resolve this issue try to reseat the drive

After I got the error, I removed my 1TB HDD and replaced it with a 525gb SSD and I am still getting the error. After testing the original 1 TD HDD, there's nothing wrong with it, so it looks to be something wrong with the computer itself.

I ran the PSA testing and it doesn't detect any issues with the harddrive and no other errors.

What could it be?

Edit: I have the Dell XPS 15 9530

Fixed it. The BIOS was set to virtualization so we switched it off and also removed the 32gb SSD.

Does the system setup (F2 at powerup) see either drive?

Next question would be:

Is there a small capacity SSD in the system used as a cache?  And how did you go about  installing Windows onto the new SSD?

I have the same issue, tried everything you did - no luck.. What is your BIOS set up to now?

The settings were set to virtualization so we turned it off and then I removed the 32gb ssd. Thats what fixed it for me.
