Inspiron 8600 toshiba hdd2181 HD to desktop IDE adapter

Ive got an inspiron 8600 laptop with a toshiba hdd2181 (mk3021gas) hdd. is there an adapter out there somewhere where i can connect my hdd (that has a single 'plate' with 11 flat connector either side, and 4 pins - 2x2 - next to it) to my desktop? the one i've just bought and the ones i can find around is one with 2x11 pins that wont fit.
