I need to know if memorex cd/dvd labels can be printed with a dell 962 AIO

I am haveing trouble understanding if these labels can be printed with my 962. The instructions (memorex) say to load the tamplets one way, but it's not compatable that the templets are reversed. If I load them rightside up they are alained. but load them upside down which is compatble with feeding anything because of the printers basic process. I have read reveiws on memorex  and many complain in an array of issues. Does anyone have any answers.If it won't work then I'll cut bait. Are there settings I can adjust to fit different printing needs such as labels?
